Site Surveys

Our team of qualified survey engineers are available to travel to your facility whether it is onshore, offshore or in remote locations around the world. We have a vast array of knowledge and experience and will work closely with your staff to ensure the work is carried out safely causing minimum disruption to your operations.

As many of our products are custom designed and built to meet our client’s own specifications it is vital that we obtain detailed dimensions to ensure accurate fitment of the product upon completion, during the survey we will assess all your requirements and offer guidance and advice on product placement, installation and fixing methods. Full detailed reports and support drawings are supplied to client upon completion.

Drill Floor Surveys

Drill floor surveys are highly recommended to configure a suitable matting layout that incorporates all your deck mounted drilling equipment and machinery.

Stair & Ladders Surveys

SafetyGrip can survey your complete site to establish the current anti-slip coverage and any additional requirements; a full visual inspection & survey will gather sizes/quantities and establish general condition of the stairs / ladders.

Access/Egress, Escape Route Surveys

SafetyGrip can survey all your primary and secondary escape routes and offer suitable route marking solutions and anti-slip products.

Desk Top Surveys

In the event a physical site survey is not possible we can work with your team to complete a desktop survey – this is achieved using our drawing software to review your rigs existing and original As-built and GA drawings. This method of survey is more accustomed to new build vessels / platforms which have been recently constructed.
